2. Booking and Payment
Reservation: To reserve a tour, you must provide all required information and make a deposit as specified in the booking process.
Payment: Full payment is due before the commencement of any tour. We accept payments through various methods such as credit cards and bank transfers.
Cancellation and Refund Policy:
- Cancellations made 30 days or more before the tour date will be eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations made less than 30 days before the tour may incur a cancellation fee, which will be explained at the time of booking.
- No refunds will be issued once the tour has begun.

3. Health and Safety
Health Requirements: For activities such as Kilimanjaro climbing, participants must be in good physical condition and disclose any health issues before booking. A medical certificate may be required for some tours.

8. Photography and Media
Usage of Photos: We may take photos or videos during the tour for promotional purposes. By participating in the tour, you consent to the use of such media in our marketing materials, social media, and website.
Respect for Privacy: Always ask for permission before photographing individuals, especially in local communities.

9. Travel Documents
It is your responsibility to ensure that you have the necessary travel documents (such as a valid passport, visas, and vaccination certificates) to enter Tanzania and participate in the tour.

10. Governing Law
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Tanzania. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Tanzanian courts.
