Day 1: Arrival at Kilimanjaro Airport → Transfer to Moshi/Arusha hotel (Dinner & overnight)
Day 2: Marangu Gate (1,860m) → Mandara Hut (2,700m) | 4-5 hrs hiking
Day 3: Mandara Hut → Horombo Hut (3,720m) | 5-6 hrs hiking
Day 4: Acclimatization day at Horombo Hut → Optional hike to Mawenzi Ridge (4,500m)
Day 5: Horombo Hut → Kibo Hut (4,703m) | 5-6 hrs → Summit attempt at midnight
