Before confirming your tour with Tanzania Trip Service, please review the following booking terms and conditions. These guidelines help ensure transparency, safety, and a smooth travel experience.
Deposits & Payment
- A deposit of 30% of the total tour cost is required to confirm your booking
- The balance must be paid at least 30 days prior to your arrival
- We accept payments via bank transfer, credit card, or secure online payment
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made 60+ days before arrival: Full refund of deposit
- 30–59 days: 50% of the deposit is refundable
- Less than 30 days: Deposit is non-refundable
- No-shows or last-minute cancellations: No refund
- We recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against unforeseen changes

Each itinerary will clearly list what’s included, but generally, our tours cover:
- All accommodation and park entry fees
- Transportation with a professional English-speaking guide
- Daily meals (as specified in your itinerary)
- Drinking water while on safari or trek
- Emergency support and airport pickup
What’s Not Included
- International flights
- Visa fees and personal travel insurance
- Tips for guides, porters, and staff
- Alcoholic beverages and additional snacks
- Optional activities not listed in your itinerary
Changes & Responsibility
- Itineraries are flexible and may be adjusted due to weather, safety, or local conditions
- We are not responsible for delays due to airline issues, force majeure, or personal emergencies
- All guests must comply with local laws and respect local culture during the tour
